The Tally Beaver ("we," "us," or "our") operates tallahasseebucees.com (the "Site"), an independent, unofficial fan-run tracker for the upcoming Tallahassee Buc-ee's travel center. This policy describes the Site's current data practices.
As of the effective date, the Site does not use advertising, analytics, session-replay, or other visitor-tracking tags.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, submit personal information through the Site, or provide payment details.
The Site is currently a static website without analytics, advertising, session replay, or embedded social-media tracking. We do not intentionally collect:
- Analytics or behavioral profiles
- Advertising identifiers or personalized-ad preferences
- Session recordings, heatmaps, or cross-site tracking data
Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical access logs to deliver and secure the Site. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and message content.

The Site does not set first-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay cookies. Third parties you visit through links on the Site may set cookies under their own policies.

We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records of a correction, or meet legal obligations. We do not currently retain analytics data because the Site does not collect it.
